CROCKERY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Deputies responded to a two car crash near the 10 mile marker on I-96 around 8:48 p.m. Friday night.
The driver of a 2006 Chrysler 300 was heading westbound when he hit the back of a 2008 Toyota Camry, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.
The Toyota, which had three passengers accompanying the driver, had been pulled over with its emergency lights on when the crash happened.
Three of the people in the Toyota were transported to Hackley Hospital, where one is in critical condition.
Both speed and alcohol are considered factors in the crash, although it is still under investigation.
