WYOMING, Mich. — Wyoming Police have identified the victims in Wednesday's double homicide as 16-year-old Santos Padilla Banegas and 20-year-old Elmer Geovany Lopez Toi.
Police say the two were walking down the street when the suspects in a dark SUV shot and killed them.
Toi died at the scene and Banegas died later at the hospital.
