GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — With the coming of October, Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park will offer a reduced admission price of $2 per person for families receiving SNAP or WIC food assistance.

Up to four people will be allowed the lower ticket price with the presentation of an EBT or WIC card.

The new program comes with Meijer Gardens becoming a member of Museums for All, an initiative to increase access to museums to people of all backgrounds. The effort includes more than 500 institutions.
