GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Investigators have found a vehicle that was involved in an incident of shots being fired at a fugitive task force agent Tuesday in Grand Rapids.

Police are still searching for Maxamillion Long, who police say likely shot at an agent around 2:03 p.m. outside a home on Sherman Street near Dolbee Avenue.

Grand Rapids police said the agent was in the area watching the home in an unmarked vehicle while looking for Long. The agent saw the blue Chevrolet Cruze back out of the home and then someone inside fired multiple shots at the unmarked vehicle.

None of them hit the agent and he didn’t return fire.

Long is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Grand Rapids Police Department at 616-456-3400 or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345.
