GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Diocese of Grand Rapids is canceling all weekend masses through March 29.
Churches will remain open for private prayer during normal weekend mass times and other time as normally scheduled. Daily masses where less than 100 people are gathered will continue following the guidelines set by an executive order from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
Mass will continue to be livestreamed on the diocesan website and Facebook page, and aired on FOX 17.
Confirmation masses through April 1 have also been canceled and will be rescheduled.
