KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Metro Transit says their service area will change starting October 7th.
Several routes will no longer have quarter-to-the-hour service: 1‐Westnedge, 2‐Portage, 9‐Gull Road, 14‐West Main, 16‐Lovell
The 12‐Duke will not operate until further notice and the 25‐Parkview Campus route is reduced to one bus following the Friday time schedule.
According to Metro, staff shortages and COVID-19 restrictions made the reduction in service necessary. They ask riders to keep an eye on changes on the Metro Transit website.
