LANSING, Mich. — The number of positive cases of the coronavirus in Michigan has increased to 10,791.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) reported the latest numbers of cases in the coronavirus outbreak this afternoon.
There were 9,334 statewide cases yesterday afternoon.
The state says there have been 417 coronavirus deaths in Michigan. It reported 337 yesterday.
In the U.S., there are 234,462 cases, and there have been 5,316 deaths — while 18,278 people have recovered, according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
