The Fox 17 Morning Mix's Class Act promotion is a yearlong partnership with Biggby Coffee with the aim of putting the focus on our amazing local teachers.
Our Class Act winner for November is Candace Choi, first grade teacher at Evergreen Elementary School.
Candace was nominated by Serena Miliusis, who wrote: "Candace goes above and beyond to accommodate and include every single student in her class. She is passionate, caring, and involved in ensuring student success. She is also incredibly patient. I have seen her work to include many interventions in her classroom to help her students be academically, socially, and emotionally successful."
