GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — To celebrate Valentine's Day, FOX 17's Savannah Fish and Sarah Grimmer visited Clark Retirement and passed out handmade valentines and chocolates.
Each senior was so appreciative of the visit, saying people need to spread kindness and love, especially now.
"I think it's especially important this year because we've been isolated. We need hugs and any imaginative way that you can tell somebody you love them and that you need them would be wonderful," said Karin, a Clark Retirement resident.
