4-time state champion football coach Dan Rohn to return to the sidelines at Warren De La Salle

(FOX 17) — Dan Rohn will return to the high school football sidelines this fall as head coach of Warren De La Salle, the school announced Monday.

Rohn won four state championships as head football coach at West Catholic and had a record of 99-23 (.811) in nine seasons from 2007 to 2015.

He was an assistant at Ferris State in 2016 and 2017, he was also the head coach at Fremont High School prior to West Catholic.

De La Salle won state championships in 2014, 2017 and 2018.

Last season the Pilots were 5-5 after forfeiting their first round playoff game when hazing incidents were brought to light, head coach Mike Giannone was later fired.

Rohn spent the last two seasons as an analyst for FOX 17 on the Blitz and brought tremendous knowledge and credibility to the show.
