GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A Caledonia man is dead after a motorcycle crash Tuesday morning.
The crash happened at about 8:48 a.m. on Hanna Lake Avenue between 68th Street and 60th Street near Dutton.
The Kent County Sheriff’s Office says in a release that Codi Chandler, 28, was driving westbound on a motorcycle when he struck a vehicle turning north onto Hanna Lake Avenue.
Chandler died in the crash. The woman driving the vehicle suffered minor facial injuries.
Chandler’s family says he leaves behind 4 children.
Hanna Lake was closed for several hours as crews investigated the scene.
