BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – It’s the kind of shot that falls maybe once in a lifetime, and now Jacey Bowers of the Harper Creek girls basketball team can brag about making it.
The Beavers player sunk a shot from deep in her team’s territory against Jackson Northwest, nearly ¾ of the court from the basket. Video recorded of her 3rd quarter-ending miracle shot was posted to social media, where it’s been gaining steady attention ever since.
Jacey talked to the FOX 17 Weekend Morning crew about the shot heard round West Michigan.
