GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – As wildfires continue to plague much of the Tennessee Smokey Mountain region, one West Michigan group is driving the extra mile to lend a hand to victims.

The Grand Rapids Jeep Club put out the call Wednesday afternoon, for donations, they never expected what happen in the hours that followed.

The group has collected, books, toys, blankets, and toiletries for those impacted by the numerous wildfires in Tennessee.

On their way back from the devastated region, Scott Fuller, president of the Jeep club, talked over the phone with FOX 17 Weekend Morning news.
