CALEDONIA, Mich - For those who like the have a little wine with their turkey dinner, finding the right one to go along with the meal can be confusing.
Don't worry though, the folks at FireRock Grille have you covered.
They're hosting a wine pairing and tasting event December 1st where you can stock up for the holiday season.
According to Chef Melissa Demby, you can't really go wrong when you pick your wine, but if you need some help, she suggests a semi-dry riesling or Sauvignon Blanc for a white wine. If you're more into red wine, try a Pinot Nior or even a Zinfandel.
