GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A woman was hospitalized after being hit by a car early Sunday morning.
Police at the scene told FOX 17 they believed the driver responsible was driving under the influence of alcohol.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. near the intersection of Burton St. and Towner Ave.
Officers said the 22-year-old woman was taken to Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital with non-life threatening head injuries.
