GRAND RAPIDS, Mich — The Detroit Red Wings have called up goaltender Jared Coreau from the Griffins.
Coreau is 26-10-2 this year with Grand Rapids with a save perecntage of .928.
The Red Wings play the Stars Monday night in Dallas, Coreau is expected to back up Jimmy Howard. Petr Mrazek has a injured groin.
