Reed snaps Schatz streak at I-96 Speedway

LAKE ODESSA, Mich -- Brad Reed passed Donny Schatz on lap 29 Wednesday night and held on to win the 35-lap feature in the World of Outlaws Napa Auto Parts Rumble in Michigan at I-96 Speedway.

Schatz had won the last 5 World of Outlaw events, but Reed pulled away on the final restart with 5 laps to go and cruised to his 3rd win of the season.

The race also featured the two drivers with the most wins in World of Outlaws history, Steve Kinser and Sammy Swindell.  Kinser started on the poll and led the first 11 laps, he later slid off the track and into a light pole and finished 19th.  Swindell finished 12th.

The race was a makeup form the May 30th which was postponed because of rain.  The World of Outlaws now head to Burlington, Iowa Friday night.
