MUSKEGON, Mich -- Joeviair Kennedy, or "Hip Hop" as he is known, singed a national letter of intent to play basketball at Western Michigan University at a ceremony Monday at Muskegon High School.
Hip Hop average 17.1 points per game this season for the Big Reds who won the OK Black, district and regional championships. He was also a key member of the 2013-2014 team that went undefeated and won the Class A state championship.
