MIDDLEVILLE, Mich. — Everyone inside a Middleville house got out safely after the house caught fire Tuesday morning. But a dog inside the house died.
While investigators don’t have a cause yet, they believe the fire began in a back bedroom.
While assistance was automatically called in from Hastings, Caledonia, and other units, the fire was put out within 10 minutes.
