COLDWATER, Mich. — A man was tied up during a home invasion early Wednesday while the robber took his cell phone and vehicle keys, according to the Coldwater Public Safety Department.
The 21-year-old victim was unhurt and able to free himself to call police.
The break-in took place in the area of N. Jefferson Street and Hull Street in Coldwater. The phone was recovered near Waterman and Clay Streets.
The suspect wore a mask and gloves but is described by police as about 6′ tall and slender.
The stolen vehicle is a 2005 Red Ford Escape with an Indiana plate.
