ANN ARBOR, Mich — Michigan head football coach Brady Hoke announced Wednesday that offensive coordinator Al Borges will not be brought back for the 2014 season.

Hoke said the following in a release today:

“Decisions like these are never easy.  I have a great amount of respect for Al as a football coach and, more importantly, as a person. I appreciate everything he has done for Michigan Football for the past three seasons.”

The Wolverines offense was 78th in the country in total yards in 2013.
