ALLENDALE, Mich. — Lake Michigan Drive M-45 was closed about an hour after a crash involving five vehicles.
The crash took place around 7:35 a.m. on Lake Michigan Drive at 88th Avenue west of Allendale, and first responders closed the highway as soon as they got on scene and found five vehicles involved and two people with moderately serious injuries.
The last wrecker left the scene around 8:40 a.m.
There was no early word on who was involved and the nature of the injuries.
