GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- For the past year, Ken Sung has operated the restaurant located at 1429 Lake Drive SE as Trillium Haven. After shutting down for two days, it will re-open at 11a.m. on Wed. July 17 asTerra GR.
Sung said it will continue to focus on locally sustainable and ethically raised products, but will also feature new handcrafted techniques, daily menu changes and a more seasonal menu along with updated interior. Regional growers will play a very important role in the food, as well.
At the helm of it all, will still be Sung along with executive chef Joel Wabeke.
Monday through Friday, Terra GR will offer lunch starting at 11 a.m. with dinner service starting at 5p.m. including a generous happy hour and excellent weekend brunch.
