GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The family of Latrice Maze tells FOX 17 her case is now being considered a homicide investigation.
Maze, a mother of five from Grand Rapids, went missing on March 19. She was last seen near the intersection of Division and Burton in southeast Grand Rapids. Maze was reported missing after she failed to pick up one of her kids from school.
Grand Rapids Police would not comment Friday morning on whether the case is now considered a homicide investigation, but a detective said his department is following up on leads. An investigator would not say how many tips they’ve received.
Earlier this week called the case a criminal investigation. Investigators also said whoever is involved in her disappearance likely knows her.
