KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The award winning musical Wicked is back for a second time at Miller Auditorium from April 24-May 5 for 16 performances.
It focuses on the untold story about the witches in the Wizard of Oz. Why was Elfaba, known as the Wicked Witch of the West, born green? How did a one time friendship turn sour between her and the gorgeous Glinda the Good? See how it all comes together even before Dorothy makes a visit from Kansas. Wicked is based on a novel by Gregory Maguire.
Wicked is recommended for ages 8 and up; children under 4 are not permitted. The show runs approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.
