GRANDVILLE, Mich. — Drivers woke up to a little more access to I-196 and Chicago Drive, but not all ramps were open.
About midday Tuesday, Chicago Drive was opened under I-196. But high water kept most of the ramps at I-196 closed for the morning.
Shortly after 10:30 a.m., however, the Michigan Department of Transportation sent out word that all ramps on I-196 involving Chicago Drive and Baldwin Street were open.
