Argument Over The Other Woman Leads To Stabbing

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — An argument over the other woman led to a stabbing and arrest overnight Monday.

A 57-year-old man was stabbed by a 52-year-old woman while they argued over another woman.

Battle Creek police officers were called to the scene in the 100 block of Chestnut Street around 1:19 a.m. Tuesday.

The man was taken to Battle Creek Bronson Hospital and then to the hospital in Kalamazoo, where he was reported in stable condition. The woman accused of stabbing him was also taken to the hospital, treated, and then arrested upon her release.
