WEST MICHIGAN — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Anthony Domol: Another burst of rain/snow showers will occur late tonight into early Tuesday morning. Most of us will be asleep when this event begins and ends, showing how short it will be. A sloppy coating of snow is possible in spots along/north of I-96. No accumulation is expected south of I-96. By the afternoon Tuesday, some sunshine returns along with milder temperatures in the lower 40s! While there will be several rain/snow chances especially late this week into the weekend, there will be no big push of colder air with any system. High temperatures will remain above freezing the entire 7-day forecast.
TONIGHT: Rain and snow showers developing late with only minor accumulations of wet snow possible. Lows in the low to mid 30s. Breezy with southwest winds 10-20 mph.
TUESDAY: Any rain/snow showers end very early. Mostly cloudy during the morning, sunshine returns by the afternoon. Highs in the low 40s. West northwest winds shift to the southwest at 10-20 mph. Gusts up to 30-35 mph.
WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy. Highs around 40 to the low 40s.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny with possible P.M. flurries. A bit colder with highs in the middle 30s.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny. Pleasant with highs in the upper 30s.
