GRAND RAPIDS — The FOX 17 forecast from Meteorologist Erik Kostrzewa: After a cold and cloudy day across the area, sunshine and slightly warmer conditions thankfully return tomorrow! We will have a to get through a few snow flurries this evening, but a slow reduction in clouds tonight will drop temperatures into the middle 20s, but will lead to the sunshine on Sunday. We keep some sun into Monday with even warmer temperatures in the upper 40s. A few light showers make their way back into West Michigan late Monday into early Tuesday. We are watching a strong winter storm that could bring a wide range of weather for the first few days of spring. This includes anything from thunderstorms to snow!

TONIGHT: Evening flurries south of I-96. Decreasing clouds. Lows in the middle 20s. Light northeast wind.

SUNDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower to middle 40s. East/northeast winds at 5 to 15 mph.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy. Highs in the middle to upper 40s.

TUESDAY: Early A.M. showers. Becoming mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 40s.
