WEST MICHIGAN — WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Erik Kostrzewa: Even though our Saturday has been gloomy, it won't last as long as it did this past week! Sunshine will return for Sunday, making it the obvious choice for best day of the weekend. The rain showers will be gone by morning, and clouds will thin in the afternoon and evening. Humidity also plummets, but temperatures stay pleasant in the lower 70s. We keep the sun going not only into Monday, but Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will warm into the middle and upper 70s as we head towards hump day.

TONIGHT: Scattered rain showers with thunder possible. Mild with lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s. South to southwest winds at 5-15 mph.

SUNDAY: Any showers exit very early. Partly cloudy skies become mostly sunny by late afternoon. Highs in the lower 70s. Breezy west to northwest winds at 10-20 mph.

MONDAY: Mostly sunny. Cooler but still nice around 70 degrees. Northeast to north winds at 5-10 mph.

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and comfortable. Highs in the lower to middle 70s.
