WEST MICHIGAN — After the first few days of October brought more of a November chill, the enjoyable weather took over last week and will continue for some of this week!

We will be reaching into the lower 70s on Monday as a southerly wind kicks up ahead of a cold front. The high temperatures will happen around 3 P.M. just before the front and showers cool things off. The timing for the showers and storms will be between 3 - 9 P.M. and a few could contain gusty winds up to 40 mph.

This "cool" front really won't drop out temperatures too much for Tuesday, as we will still make it to or just past normal in the middle 60s. Those middle 60° temperatures will also be around Wednesday before a much stronger cold front plows through overnight.

The weather will be quiet both Tuesday and Wednesday, the best weather day will be Tuesday as more sunshine will be around compared to the previous day and the following day. Thursday into next weekend is where things will get downright chilly, with highs struggling to even hit 50° and several gloomy, rainy and cloudy days.
