ORONOKO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Oronoko Charter Township board posted to social media Tuesday night what they are calling a non-binding resolution stating their opposition to the governor's Stay Home order and it's April 9th expansion.
The township near Berrien Springs says they are trying to encourage Whitmer to abandon "one-size-fits-all approach" to handling the virus, asking her to reconsider the social and economic restrictions and asking Michigan Legislature to stand against Whitmer.
