(WXYZ) — Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant is out indefinitely with torn ligaments in his right thumb, according to a report from The Athletic.

Grant hurt his finger early in Detroit's loss to the New Orleans Pelicans Friday night, but later returned to the game.

Grant is averaging 20.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game this season.
