CANTON, Ohio — Legendary Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson has been voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
2021 is the first year that Johnson is eligible to be enshrined in Canton, Ohio.
In his 10 seasons with the Lions, Johnson poured in 11,619 yards and 83 touchdowns, making the Pro Bowl six times and being named a first-team All-Pro three teams.
Back in 2012, Johnson set the record for receiving yards in a single season (1,964). That record still stands today.
One year later, Johnson had 329 yards in a win against the Dallas Cowboys. That single-game mark is still the second highest in NFL history.
