First week back to work is over! I’m pretty tired, but I’m happy!

I had a really busy week going back to the salon, because I was completely booked the whole four days that I worked. I had back-to-back clients every single day I was there. Which was fantastic! But it can definitely get tiring.

The bar was busy for dinner both nights I worked, so that was nice too. It definitely made my work days go by a little faster. My watch said I walked four miles each night I worked at the bar, which is insane. It definitely didn’t feel like that much, but when you’re running around for hours, it adds up.

But mentally, I feel so great! Even with everything going on, it still feels pretty normal to be back at work and in my routine.

We spent the weekend relaxing and visiting with friends, and then Sunday, we took the day to spend time with our dads for Father’s Day.

So we loaded up our pups, and we grilled out with some family at my father-in-law’s house, and then after we went to visit with my dad and his girlfriend for a while.
