ATLANTA — Delta Airlines announced Thursday they're requiring people flying to wear masks.

They're requiring that extra layer of protection starting May 4th.

“Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our people and our customers,” said Bill Lentsch, chief customer experience officer, Delta.

This move comes after they announced earlier this week that they are requiring their employees worldwide to wear masks.
