COMSTOCK PARK — Valentine's Day reservations are booking up with restaurants finally back open for indoor dining.

Amore Trattoria has been preparing for the big day even though it will be much different than years past.

Chef Jenna says they are already completely booked for this Valentine's day weekend with both indoor dining and their to-go options.

With only 25% occupancy they had to get a creative plan together for people who would like to eat inside but also an option for those who aren’t comfortable with that just yet to get takeout.

For those eating inside they will only be doing five course chef tastings which is a fixed price menu.

Those getting to-go orders that they can take and bake had to email in ahead of time to get on the list for valentine's day weekend.

“Even at 25%, we can only get like 50 people in here at a time. So it's not going to be the volume that we had last year. Either way, whether it's takeout or whether it's indoors, it's been a tough year, and it's not getting any easier. And we don't see an ending in the very near future. So it's not gonna be awesome either way, but it really does feel nice to have even 25% of people through our doors right now. It makes us really happy,” says Owner Jenna Arcidiacono.
