BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Workforce Strategies, Inc. says they are holding a hiring event at DENSO Manufacturing.
They tell us DENSO has open positions on first and second shift for warehouse and assembly employees, adding that wages start at $15 to $16.25 an hour.
“What’s unique about our partnership with DENSO is that WSI has an onsite presence at their manufacturing facility,“ says WSI Onsite Account Manager Ashley Wertz. “By being onsite regularly, we’re able to minimize the growing pains that are bound to come with being a new employee. I’m here to coach, counsel, and assist all of our DENSO associates with any questions or concerns they may have.”
We’re told company associates receive $150 weekly premiums, overtime opportunities, a free GED program and a $500 sign-on bonus.
Prospective employees are asked to bring two forms of identification and to wear a mask to the event. WSI says attendees will have their temperature taken prior to entry.
The on-site hiring event is scheduled to occur Wednesday, March 3 between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
