GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A woman has been charged in connection with the riot in downtown Grand Rapids this May.

Kylia Kirk, 20, is facing one count of inciting riot, a 10-year maximum felony, according to Christopher Becker, prosecuting attorney for Kent County, today.

She is also facing one count of larceny under $200 and one count of arson under $200, which are both 93-day misdemeanor charges.
