WYOMING, Mich. — Injuries have been reported following a crash on Chicago Drive and Collingwood Avenue this afternoon, according to the City of Wyoming.
We’re told at least three people needed to be extricated after getting trapped inside one of the vehicles.
Capt. James Maguffee with Wyoming Police says they were all taken to hospitals for treatment, adding that their conditions are not currently known.
Officials ask everyone to avoid Chicago Drive between Burlingame and I-196 while authorities investigate the incident.
UPDATE: We're told Chicago Drive has been reopened and that speed, drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
