THREE RIVERS, Mich. — The Southwest Enforcement Team seized meth, guns and ammo while conducting a search warrant in Three Rivers on Thursday.

They worked with officers from the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s office, Three Rivers Police Department, White Pigeon Police K-9 and Michigan State Police during the incident in the 300 block of Middle Street.

The search warrant was the culmination of an extended investigation involving drug sales in the area, according to a news release Friday.

Detectives found eight adults on the property, one of whom was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest and was lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail.

During the search, detectives seized a 9mm handgun, more than an ounce of meth, heroin and more than 100 rounds of ammunition.
