KINDERHOOK TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Michigan State Police troopers are searching for a man who drove through a garage door while trying to get out of being arrested.
On Monday, troopers went to a home in Kinderhook Township to try to arrest Jeffrey Elliott on outstanding warrants in St. Joseph County.
Authorities say he resisted the troopers and drove through a garage door and hit a vehicle while fleeing.
He was driving a 2001 maroon GMC pickup truck with license plate No. EAN1783.
