MASON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police responded to a crash near the intersection of Grange Street and Cassopolis Road Thursday night.
A 36-year-old woman from Cassopolis was driving north along Cassopolis Road when she drove off of the road and collided into a tree, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
We’re told she was ejected from the vehicle after the impact.
Police say the woman was the vehicle’s sole occupant, adding that she was taken to South Bend Memorial to be treated for serious injuries.
