Police are investigating the Saturday morning shooting death of a Muskegon man, according to a news release from Muskegon Police.
Officers got the call to the 1800 block of McIlwraith Street shortly before 6 a.m., and found a 28-year-old man who had been shot in his upper body, police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died, police said.
