One left injured in Grand Haven two-car crash

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — Friday afternoon, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office responded to a 2-car crash on Lincoln St. at 128th Ave. that left on 51-year-old driver with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigation shows that the 51-year-old was westbound on Lincoln St when she began to aprubtly slow down east. As the driver behind her tried to pass in the eastbound lane, the 51-year-old driver attempted to turn southbound onto 128th avenue when she crossed into the path of the driver who was previously behind her.

The 51-year-old driver was pinner into her vehicle and had to be extracted by Robinson Township Fire Fighters. She was transported to North Ottawa Community Hospital with non-life threatening.

The other driver there and their passenger in the crash were left uninjured, as the situation is still under investigation.
