NILES, Mich. — A gas station clerk in Niles was robbed earlier this morning, according to the Niles Police Department.
Police say one of the two suspects involved in robbing the Admiral Gas Station on 640 Chicago Road attacked the clerk before looting the cash register. Other merchandise was reportedly stolen.
No weapons were used in the robbery. Both suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and goods, authorities say.
