LANSING, Mich. — A Charlotte man was taken into custody for allegedly phoning in the bomb threat to Michigan's State Capitol Thursday morning.
Michigan State Police arrested 48 year-old Michael Varrone at his home without incident Thursday evening.
The Michigan Attorney General is expected to bring charges against Varrone Friday.
