NEWAYGO COUNTY, Mich. — As the bus driver shortage continues, it's forced one West Michigan district to cancel transportation for the rest of the week.
Newaygo Public Schools announced on Tuesday, it does not have enough drivers to cover shifts at least through Oct. 1.
Superintendent Jeff Wright says it's become impossible for the district to cover all the routes and appreciates the support and understanding as they work to come up with a solution.
