BROOKS TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police responded to reports of an armed suicidal subject in Brooks Township this afternoon.
Officers were sent to the M-37 Motel on Mason Drive when they were informed that the subject had been seen walking south of that location, according to the Newaygo County Sheriff’s Office.
We’re told police found the subject inside a business, where officers apprehended the subject before taking him to Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Hospital to be evaluated.
