The producers of Fresh Express products sold throughout the U.S. has issued a voluntary recall of products produced at its Streamwood, Ill., plant due to the possibility of Cyclospora contamination.

The CDC reports about 200 cases of illness from the contamination, which can cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, body aches, and fatigue.

Michigan is among the states in which the products affected were sold.

The key to determining if a product is in the recall is the production code number, which contains three numberals preceded by a “Z”, as in “Z178.”

If you have the product, don’t eat and throw it away.
